Zucchini Pie!

Bisquick Zucchini Pie!

Ingredients:
3 cups of diced, unpeeled zucchini
1 large onion, chopped (wear some glasses to avoid tears!!!)
1/2 cup of grated Parmesan cheese
1/2 cup of grated cheddar cheese
1/2 cup of salad oil
1 cup of Bisquick
4 eggs, beaten
1/2 to 1 tsp. of parsley
Dash of salt and Pepper
(pre-set oven to 350)

1.) Mix all of these together in a large bowl.



2.) Grease a large pie pan, or quiche pan.
3.) Pour into the greased pan.











4.) Place in oven for 35-40 minutes

















5.) After 35 minutes use a knife or a tooth pick to
poke the pie, if it comes out clean your pie is done!









6.) Enjoy!
